I use an eclectic and integrative approach to therapy, pulling from various therapy types, such as cognitive-behavioral and psychodynamic methods, to create a tailored approach with my clients. Other approaches include interpersonal, person-centered, feminist, ACT, trauma-focused and Adlerian.
Accepts Insurance
I am in-network for Aetna, BlueCross and BlueShield TX and Cigna/Evernorth, but I can also provide a superbill for my out-of-network clients and help with reimbursement. If you have any questions, please reach out as I am happy to accommodate to keep therapy affordable.
About me
Hey there! My name is Audriana, Audrie for short, and I’m a queer neurodivergent Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Supervisor status (LCSW-S)
I graduated from University of Houston in 2021 with a Master’s in Social Work with a clinical focus. I have 5 years of experience as a therapist in a group private practice, outpatient programs and inpatient hospitalization providing therapy for adults, children, and teens. I have experience working with mood disorders, trauma, identity work and substance-use. Currently, I enjoy working with clients who are in a period of transition, want to work on identity, gender/sexuality issues, navigating difficult emotions, and complex relationships/family issues.

Do you need flexible scheduling options? I offer therapy sessions online via video currently. In-person sessions are coming soon! I’m available most weekdays with evenings.
